I am an eleven-year-old homeschooled student, and I enjoy writing. When we first went looking for writing contests online, the information we wanted was all over the place, not centralized in one location. After much research, we found several writing contests which looked promising.
 
I organized the information from each contest into a quick-glance chart which avoids having to look up relevant information on many different sites. I then extended the chart into a full website, which you can see here. I have really enjoyed putting this site together!
 
On the Curriculum Reviews page, my mom has written me reviews for different writing programs, and a review on our favorite grammar curriculum. We also have a section on IEW's poetry memorization program and a list of our favorite books.

Learning by Writing
I have entered six of the contests listed on the chart lately. Each contest has taught me new skills. What a great way to expand your writing abilities!
